The BOXPARK shoreditch box park container shopping mall project is a good example of how to use temporary buildings to help improve abandoned narrow land. It provides the community with a long building of 60 stores, all of which are containerized. Built, but the design style is very different.

Most conventional retail stores attempt to sign ten-year ten-year leases with tenants. In the current economic environment, this is a real risk. In this project, Roger Wade leases containers for a one-year lease. The project is a retail revolution – the world's first pop-up mall – and the first of a series of ambitious temporary eco-pop-up container malls. A carefully selected array of goods.

The project consists of 60 standard models of containers that create a unique, low-cost, low-risk “box-style store”. They are stacked in two layers and five lines wide. Each container is leased to a selected brand, and this active area includes more than 40 retail stores, cafes, restaurants and galleries. The project is located in a sleek, open space in East London's fashionable and emerging literary district. The great thing about the building is that it can be easily moved. If some stores feel that they are not making the most of their current location, one solution is that they can move to other parts of the country without closing the door or dismantling the store.

The container shopping center project shows a simple economic and ecological coordination by providing a cheap retail space that does not require a lot of resources. In just a few weeks, these containers and support structures are assembled on site, saving Capital and reduced waste generation. A thick insulation layer is placed on the outside of the wall to make the heating more efficient and reduce the dependence on the air conditioner. When the lease expires, the entire project container can be dismantled and reused later, and the occupied land can be returned to the land owner as it is.
